Customer Success Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Engineer to join our Team!

Our Asset Management, Patient Throughput, Infant Security, Environmental Monitoring and Location-Aware Work Demand Management solutions enable data driven management and lead the way towards the era of insight driven management. Developing both IoT hardware & software to provide a seamless solution, we enhance the quality of healthcare services and increase operational efficiency in more than 30 million square feet of hospital area with over 15 thousand bed capacity.

Responsibilities of “Customer Success Engineer”:

  • Having a deep understanding about the Borda Technology solutions, the hardware and the software used,
  • Checking whether Borda Solutions that our customer use are operating correctly within the scope of the project, ensuring coordination between the related departments about the probable issues and resolving them,
  • Periodically measuring and reporting the usage and the benefit ratio of the project she/he is in charge of to track and increase the project performance,
  • Visiting the project site and measuring and reporting the customer happiness,
  • Communicating with the customer about the probable issues, following and resolving the issues,
  • Announcing the new features of Borda Solutions within the scope of the project and providing the support about the usage of these features,
  • Comprehending the process the customer uses Borda Solutions, creating the necessary process flow when needed,
  • Generating upsell opportunities in line with the needs of the customer and to transfer them to the sales department,

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Engineering,
  • 4+ years of work experience in related areas,
  • 2+ years of work experience in healthcare,
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills,
  • Extremely detail oriented and excellent follow-up skills
  • Passion for customers and problem solving
  • Ability to interpret customer data and trends
  • Be a highly-motivated and results-driven,
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively,
  • To have ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Excellent verbal and written both Turkish and English skills,
  • Good presentation skills is a plus
  • To have no restriction to travel and able to drive
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Solution, PMO)
