Key Account Technical Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Key Account Technical Engineer to join our Team!

Developing both IoT hardware & software to provide a seamless solution, we enhance the quality of healthcare services and increase operational efficiency in more than 30 million square feet of hospital area with over 15 thousand bed capacity.

Responsibilities of “Key Account Technical Engineer”:

  • To master the processes of all solutions offered by the company, and to master details of hardware and software used,
  • To make sure that the customer is responsible for the software and hardware of Borda solutions whether they work in the field properly, otherwise, forward the matter to the relevant units and ensure to resolve,
  • To be the first contact point of the customer in the field and to provide solutions to encountered problems or specifications in the use of solutions, to give technical and operational support, to drive users to the correct usage,
  • To follow the usage status benefit status to measure and to work for increasing the benefit of Borda solutions of the customer, to report the status periodically,
  • To announce the new features of Borda Solutions to the customer and to support the use of these features,
  • To be able to master the fiction of the processes that the customer uses Borda solutions, to create the necessary flow, to make the configurations, to test the system,
  • In line with the needs of the customers to whom it is responsible, to create upsell opportunities and to forward the issue to the sales team,
  • To give trainings about Borda Technology solutions,
  • To fulfil tasks in related project by following methodologies that are determined by Project Management Office


  • BS degree in Engineering,
  • 2+ years of work experience is a plus,
  • Work experience in healthcare is a plus,
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills,
  • Extremely detail oriented and excellent follow-up skills,
  • Passion for customers and problem solving,
  • Have high communication skills with people,
  • Ability to interpret customer requests,
  • Be a highly-motivated and results-driven,
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively,
  • To have ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and tasks,
  • Excellent verbal and written both Turkish and English skills,
  • Good presentation skills is a plus,
  • To have no restriction to travel and able to drive,
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Software Department, Hardware Department, PMO),
