R&D Incentives Specialist

We are looking for a motivated R&D Incentives Specialist to join our Team!

Developing both IoT hardware & software to provide a seamless solution, we enhance the quality of healthcare services and increase operational efficiency in more than 30 million square feet of hospital area with over 15 thousand bed capacity.

Responsibilities of “R&D Incentives Specialist”:

  • Perform relevant research to identify appropriate international and national grant opportunities aligning with company priorities & actions and evaluate the results,
  • Preparing and submitting EU, TEYDEB, KOSGEB, Ministry of Trade etc. project proposals,
  • Preparing periodic financial and technical reports,
  • Coordination of TEYDEB audit organizations,
  • Coordination of the agreement process with TÜBİTAK and other government agencies,
  • Keep the relevant staff informed about upcoming deadlines and deliverables, thereby ensuring smooth completion of work responsibilities,
  • Monitor paperwork and other related documents connected with grant-funded programs,
  • Maintain records of all payments and receivables and prepare monthly records for all grant related activities,
  • Coordination with Technoparks and support preparation of periodic reports,
  • Train and support new staff on grants management and reporting requirements, and provide ongoing support and guidance on systems and workflows


  • Bachelors Degree from a national/international reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in grants management, including an understanding of grant-making requirements (EU H2020, TUBITAK-TEYDEB, Kalkınma Ajansları, KOSGEB)
  • Detail-oriented combined with strong analytical skills and project management experience,
  • Strong organizational, planning and reporting skills,
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word),
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (in both English and Turkish),
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
