Borda Technology is a product and solution development and system integration company specializing in RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Real Time Location Systems, asset management, stock and inventory management, and business analytics for healthcare. Our company has been working on RFID technology through its research and development offices at Istanbul Technical University and the University of South Florida, aiming to develop and implement the most suitable technology for our customers’ needs. Responsibilities of Project Manager:


  • Plans, manages, executes and controls one or multiple assigned RFID Systems projects involving larger scope, risk, impact and sensitivity according to PMI Standards,
  • Manage day-to-day project workflow and client interactions,
  • Successfully manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback,
  • Monitoring project progress and enforcing deadlines, resolving day-to-day issues and producing project reports,
  • Review drawings, contracts, specs for planning and execution of the scope of work,
  • Getting feedback from clients and end-users for product improvement,
  • Provides technical support to field staff,
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. 


  • Graduate from engineering,
  • Minimum four years of Project management experience,
  • Advanced time management and organization skills to balance and coordinate effort across multiple, concurrent activities.
  • Advanced verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good analytical, problem solving, report writing skills and analytical capabilities to deal with ambiguities
  • Excellent Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills; solid programming skills,
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
  • Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with others as a team
  • Willing to travel when necessary
  • PMP is a plus
