Responsibilities of Human Resources Manager:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company strategy
  • Managing and improving the full cycle of recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding process
  • Creating and implementing HR operations and processes
  • Managing for all HR functions such as talent management, compensation & benefits, payroll, training, performance management, career management, employee motivation&satisfaction&engagement, budget, reporting, and health& legal compliance
  • Managing Borda Academy Program (including preparing marketing materials, interviews, and execution)
  • Nurturing and promoting a positive working environment
  • Executing systems, standards, and coaching skills that link business strategy to team and individual performance objectives thereby driving a performance culture and maximizing employee potential
  • Partnering with department managers, continuously assessing current organizational structures & needs, and identifying required changes and new architectures to drive improved business performance (e.g. reporting relationships, roles, business process, reorganization, employer brand, etc.)
  • Actively communicating with employees to understand their needs, concerns
  • Provide HR consultation to build harmonious employee relations within the organization
  • Serving as an employee advocate to foster a culture of openness, trust, and inclusion (e.g., active listening tools, roundtables, employee meetings, open-door policy, etc)
  • Contributing and managing HR Processes within the ERP Project
  • Develop and communicate HR metrics and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Give strategic HR support to the business leaders and teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • MBA or master’s degree in human resources is a plus
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Mature, resilient, and humble
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Ability to lead multi-functional teams in a complex business environment
