Responsibilities of Application Engineer:

  • Fulfill the duties in the project under the responsibility of the Project Management Office, by following the methodologies determined by the Project Management Office,
  • Master the processes of all solutions offered by the company, to the finest details of the hardware and software used, closely follow the developments made in all products,
  • Be in the field during the deployment process of the projects, make the process setup appropriate to the project, create the necessary flow, provide system setups, make configurations, make integration tests, test the system through test templates, update the test and system setup templates when necessary and make the application ready for users,
  • Provide technical and operational support to end users in the field in the deployment process, to use the application correctly,
  • Check whether new requests coming from the field during the implementation and deployment process of the projects can be met with the current application, try to meet the needs through the configurations, meet with the relevant departments for the development request if the current application is not sufficient,
  • Promote and share new ideas with Project Management Office and other departments to increase the benefit of projects, follow the developments, and spread the application of these developments to project processes through training,
  • Determine hurdles in configuration, test, deployment, and usage of the application and inform relevant departments about problems and possible solutions,
  • Give training to dealers and customers about Borda Technology solutions, their installation, and implementation. Prepare necessary training documents and ensure that the training environment is ready,
  • Communicate with Application Teams of dealers, and support them in the application part of their first projects.
  • Conduct demo and pilot projects for potential pre-sale projects,
  • Improve himself/herself about the processes in the Borda Technology’s target sector,
  • Support project documentation and end-user tests that may be requested by the Project Management Office,
  • Create tracking zones, decide on the number and placements of hardware according to the scope and tracking resolution, by using the computer-aided drawing programs to carry out pre-sale activities,
  • Make suggestions about tracking resolution according to the architectural structure in pre-sale activities and give information about the suitability of the architecture for the installation,

  • Lead and support the labeling, application testing, and deployment team works, as a project team member, if necessary

Qualifications:

  • Advanced verbal and written English communication skills,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Health Management
  • Presentation and teaching skills,
  • Strong communications skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate with customers and staff at all levels,
  • Meticulous and organized,
  • Analytical thinking, result, and quality-oriented approach,
