We are looking for a motivated Software Analyst/Technical Business Analyst to join our Software Team!

Responsibilities of Software Analyst/Technical Business Analyst:

  • Analyzing and processing of business requirements with the product team,
  • Creating clear and testable requirements analysis document to ensure the fulfillment of business and technical needs,
  • Communication with the development team in order to turn related requirements into a software application,
  • Working with test and programming teams to ensure changes are migrated into production correctly,
  • Communicate and present technical solutions for business problems to business stakeholders and business owners,
  • Analyzing new modules or features to be added to the products in use,
  • Coordinating the communication between the development team and business units,
  • Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability,
  • Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments.

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Analyst/Technical Business Analyst
  • Analytical ability to document and explain complex business operations to software developers, test and deliver new business requirements
  • Have knowledge about SQL, Azure, SDLC, Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of web-based technologies and frameworks, C# and/or Java, React and/or Vue
  • Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP Web Services
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms is a plus
  • Advanced verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
  • A passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Experience in Agile software development processes
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail
  • Planning and negotiating skills
