Project Management Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Project Management Specialist to join our Project Management Office!

Responsibilities of Project Management Specialist:

  • Helping to plan, manage, execute, and control one or multiple assigned RFID Systems projects involving larger scope, risk, impact, and sensitivity according to PMI Standards,
  • Monitoring day-to-day project workflow, client interactions and report to project manager,  
  • Prepare the templates of the processes and documents to be used in accordance with the project management standards and monitor the use of these processes and documents in the projects,
  • Research and learn new project management approaches and convey these approaches within the company,
  • Conduct demo and pilot projects for potential pre-sales projects,
  • Provides technical support to field staff when necessary,
  • Support in-company new process creation and process development-improvement activities when assigned,
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.


  • Graduate from Engineering, Business Administration or related departments,
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Project management experience (preferably in a technology company),
  • Advanced time management and organization skills to balance and coordinate effort across multiple, concurrent activities,
  • Ability to track projects for completion of timely and accurately; be able to multi-task,
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills both in Turkish and English,
  • Advanced interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders,
  • Good analytical, problem solving, report writing skills and analytical capabilities to deal with ambiguities,
  • Excellent Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; solid programming skills and any BI tool familiarity are a plus,
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions,
  • Adaptable to a flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines,
  • Ability to work with others as a team,
  • Improved learning skills,
  • Willing to travel when necessary,
  • PMP is a huge plus,
  • CSM, PSM l, PAL l are nice to have.
